Next up in our series “RMP: The First Year”: Cody and Taryne’s BEAUTIFUL 30A engagement session! Last fall we headed down to 30A for this fun engagement shoot. I had a blast getting to know these two and exploring one of my favorite places! I am so happy to be able to share more of their images with you through this series.

We started the day off at the beautiful Eden Gardens State Park. The trees, the flowers, the beautiful white house, all of it is gorgeous. It was a great place to start off and get the couple loosened up and to learn their personalities. After that, I was able to convince Cody and Taryne to make a pitstop at Alys Beach before heading out to the actual beach. It wasn’t difficult to convince them Alys Beach would be amazing. The white architecture and clean look of Alys Beach is also every photographer’s dream! We then hit the beach for our final location to get some beautiful sunset portraits! The beach photos are some of my favorites! They were having such a great time with each other and it really shows in the final images.

Cody and Taryne are getting married in just a few months and I am so excited for their wedding day! So, this is not the last time you will see these two. And before their wedding day, I get to meet up with Taryne for her bridal portraits, which I am also so excited about (obviously, you will have to wait to see those until after the wedding!). Bridal portraits are southern tradition and such a fun time for the bride and for myself!
